主要内容:Converting distributed energy into electricity is of great importance for human sustainable development and motivates the research of advanced renewable technologies. The new interface effects and phenomena of nanoporous materials provide an opportunity for the renewable energy technologies, which can be used to collect various energy from the environment, such as heat and ocean energy. Here, I will introduce the research progress of the ions transport and energy conversion on nanoporous interface, and give a brief introduction of my recent research, including vapor absorption induced potential, wearable thermocells, and solar-driven salinity power generation.
报告人简介:Peihua Yang, received his B.S. degree (2012) and M.S. degree (2015) from Jinan University and Ph.D. degree (2018) from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. His current research interests include the utilization of low-grade heat and ocean energies, and energy storage systems. He has published 38 academic papers (15 first/co-first author) in prestigious peer-reviewed journals, including Energy Environ. Sci., Mater. Today, Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Nano Lett., ACS Nano, etc., totally cited over 2900 times according to Google Scholar. Some of the research works have been reported by Chemistry World, ChemistryViews, Scientific American, Science Daily, and NanoWerk as highlights and news.
