报告人简介：

Meinrat Andreae教授是美国艺术与科学院院士，兼任Science期刊Reviewing Editor等职，1987-2017年任德国马克思普朗克化学研究所所长。作为海洋生物硫排放、生物质燃烧、大气成分与气候，土地利用和水循环的相互作用等研究的领军人物，Andreae教授在大气环境气候领域内享有盛誉，在Nature、Science正刊发表文章30余篇，文章总引用超过7万次，并于2014年获得美国地球物理学会Waldo E. Smith奖章。

Prof. Dr. Meinrat Andreae, a member of American Academy of Arts and Sciences, is the reviewing Editor of the journal Science and was the director of the Max Planck Institute of Chemistry from 1987 to 2017. He has established an illustrious reputation in the field of atmosphere environment and climate due to his leading roles in the studies of marine biogenic sulfur emissions, biomass burning, and interactions of atmospheric composition with climate, land use, and water cycle. He has published 30+ articles in the journal Nature and Science, and got more than 70000 citations. In 2014, Prof. Andreae was awarded the Waldo E. Smith Medal and became a fellow of the American Geophysical Union.
